This beginner-level Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Class invites you to move at a comfortable pace while exploring foundational poses and smooth, mindful transitions.
The practice is structured to support stability, gentle strengthening, and easeful mobility, with attention on how each posture connects to the body’s energetic centres.
Followed by an optional social with your fellow yogis for coffee, new friendship and connection.
All equipment provided and free easy access parking at the venue.
